Moisture intrusion can greatly affect the integrity of building materials. In addition, excess moisture coupled with a food source means mold is only few hours away. ESG can perform a moisture survey to identify areas where moisture is likely to enter your building so that the points of intrusion can be corrected.

ESG uses state of the art technology, including thermography, to help detect excess moisture in building materials and crawlspaces. If excess moisture is detected we help develop a plan to eliminate the source and correctly address the impacted areas. Each case presents a different set of circumstances and we strive to develop a cost effective and permanent solution for our clients.

ESG has conducted moisture surveys for buildings as small as 1200 square feet and as large as 500,000 square feet.
