ESG has provided project management for various residential remediation projects valued from $5,000 to over $20,000. A recent project management scope included select demolition, mold removal, application of lead encapsulant and waterproofing, and extensive reconstruction. ESG developed the remedial plan for the owner and since the client was out of town, we interviewed remediation contractors who were selected to bid on the project so that the client could make their decision on who would perform the work. ESG personnel made sure the project was completed on time, within budget, and within local, state and federal guidelines. 

ESG has also managed renovations and remediation of large commercial buildings. One such project, with a total value of over $500,000, involved three levels of a 63,000 square foot building that had sustained water infiltration and fungal damage. Tenants were able to remain in the building as ESG provided air quality monitoring to assure the safety of the people working in the building.
